Honestly, it breaks my nerve every time I blog feature because I am a type of person who actually didn’t love writing – I often pre blog, delete and have the cycle over again. Sometimes I’d even sip a cup of iced coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream just to make things a little bit exciting, but I end up the same way. I just settle with the thought that I am a good-looking writer with a good set of colored socks.
As you know I’ve been keeping this blog site for quite sometime now, I didn’t erase my past blogs and even the first set of shots I’ve made so I could give you a map of how I push myself to raise my standards for shooting. I started from scratch, with foundations of inspirations and not with the over used object of money – I pursued having a brand in wedding photography even though I needed to borrow a camera to shoot a year ago.
I then realized, the only thing that hinders you from pursuing that fancy dream is your fear.
In my case, I wrestled with fear and buried him alive to stop bugging me in getting something I truly want. With the feeling of against all odds factor, I am eager on keeping pushing my brand – Sophisticated Vintage.
I started the blog roll this way because this feature couple was part of my super, oh wait, may be super super early bookings. I wouldn’t mention the date because it is way back history. My relationship with Con and Jerome was business, friends, friends, friends, and friends. Though Con and Jerome booked me for my forgotten rate card, I glued to my mind that I should give them the best!
Money was no object. Price is no object.
My main object was my obsession for engagements and wedding portraiture. Thanks Con and Jerome for the awesome conversations! I know this awesome photography wouldn’t be possible without your effort to embrace vintage.
